Flagship acquires Ohio ASC Flagship Healthcare Properties has acquired Central Ohio Surgical Institute, an ambulatory surgery center in New Albany, Ohio. The property was acquired via Flagship Healthcare Trust, the private real estate investment trust (REIT) of outpatient healthcare real estate firm Flagship.
