AMSURG has acquired Pinnacle Surgery Center, expanding its footprint in the Louisiana market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. AMSURG has added another new JV partnership to its 2024 list.  The ambulatory surgery center (ASC) operator in August announced a joint venture with LifeBridge Health and the Woodholme Group to open the EndoCentre of Westminster, an outpatient surgery center specializing in gastroenterology. AMSURG and Comprehensive EyeCare Partners (CompEye) have jointly acquired Alta Rose Surgery Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. This acquisition marks the fourth outpatient surgery center under the AMSURG and CompEye partnership.
