Sutter Health, a not-for-profit health care system based in California, has announced a $380 million investment to establish a new cancer center in Modesto, a part of which will be a new ambulatory surgery center (ASC).  Sutter Health operates hospitals, medical groups, urgent care clinics and serves nearly 3.5 million patients.
