Iron Path Capital-Backed ASC Capitol Pain Institute Buys Pain Care Surgery of Louisville

Ambulatory surgery center (ASC) dealmaking activity continues to heat up. In one of the most recent deals, the private equity-backed Capitol Pain Institute (CPI) acquired Pain Care Surgery of Louisville. Ambulatory Surgery Center Association Announces New President

W. Mark Wainner has been elected president of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (ASCA), the industry group recently announced. Alexandria, Virginia-based ASCA is a national trade association that represents more than 6,200 Medicare-certified ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) across the United States. Bon Secours Mercy Health, Compass Surgical Partners Launch ASC Joint Venture

Bon Secours Mercy Health and Compass Surgical Partners are launching a new ambulatory surgery center (ASC) joint venture. Announced in April, the JV will launch in Greenville, South Carolina, with a target opening date of April 11.
